Creckex Terms and Conditions — Please Read Before Use

1 General Terms

Creckex is an online gaming and betting platform offering Sports Betting, Live Casino, slots, and other gaming services to members in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between Creckex and its members.

All Creckex services are for personal and recreational use only. Using the platform for commercial purposes or on behalf of a third party is strictly prohibited. 2 Account Registration

3 Age Restrictions & Eligibility

Members must be at least 18 years of age to participate on Creckex. No one under the age of 18 will be permitted to open an account or play on the platform.

• Members must confirm at the time of account registration that they are over 18 years of age.
• Parents who wish to prevent minors from accessing gaming content may contact Creckex directly.
• We recommend using parental control tools.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits and withdrawals on Creckex can be made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All financial transactions must be conducted using a payment method registered in the member's own name.

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100.
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳300.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes to 24 hours.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
• In cases of fraud or suspicious transactions, Creckex may request additional documentation for verification.

Deposited funds cannot be withdrawn directly without first being used to place bets. Such activity will be treated as misuse of the system.

5 Betting Rules

Before placing a bet on Creckex, members must ensure they are familiar with the rules of the relevant sport. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled — unless a specific cash-out option is available.

• Live bet rules may differ once a match or event has kicked off.
• If a bet is voided due to a technical issue, the deposit will be refunded.
• If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the staked amount will be refunded.
• If odds are found to be incorrect, Creckex reserves the right to correct them or void the affected bets.
• Placing opposing bets on the same match (arbitrage betting) is strictly prohibited.
• Maximum bet limits are set individually for each event.

6 Bonus & Promotion Terms

All Creckex bonus offers are subject to specific terms. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements have been met.

• The minimum wagering requirement for the welcome bonus may range from x3 to x6.
• The welcome bonus can only be claimed once per account.
• Each bonus has its own validity period — any unused bonus will be forfeited once it expires.
• Misuse of bonus benefits may result in bonus cancellation and account closure.
• Multiple bonus offers cannot be used simultaneously — unless explicitly permitted.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Creckex platform. Any breach will result in immediate account suspension, and the account balance may be confiscated.

• Placing bets using automated software or bots.
• Opening or operating multiple accounts.
• Opening an account using another person's details.
• Using the platform for money laundering purposes.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or attempting to hack the platform.
• Harassing Creckex staff or other members.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

Creckex reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions.
• Creating an account using false or inaccurate information.
• Suspicious or unusual transaction patterns.
• Direction from law enforcement authorities.
• Extended period of account inactivity.

Members may request account closure at any time by contacting Support. Any remaining balance can be withdrawn before closure — however, any bonus funds will be forfeited.

9 Limitation of Liability

Creckex provides its services on an "as is" basis. Creckex will not be held liable for any loss arising from technical issues, server outages, or internet connectivity problems.

• Game outcomes are entirely random — Creckex does not guarantee any particular result.
• Members bear full responsibility for any financial losses incurred through betting.
• Creckex is not liable for any damages arising from third-party services or links.
• Creckex's total liability shall in no case exceed the member's total deposited amount.
